The exhibition is located on the -1 floor of the Rinascente flagship store, opposite the ancient Virgin Aqueduct inaugurated by the Emperor Augustus in 19 BC.

The tasting area, designed by 1 + 1 = 1 Architects and produced for La Rinascente s.p.a by Arteco was completed a few days before the official opening of the Department store after 11 years of restructuring.

Linear volumes in green Alps marble emphasize the minimalism of the project with a good fourth workmanship combined with a counter wall in natural American walnut wood. Travertine, typical of the region, was chosen for the flooring.  

The tasting counters also made of marble are positioned to allow customers to appreciate the ancient masonry and the play of lights and images projected directly onto the wall.
